RFID: tap a card, charge
An optional Ampza RFID card, linked to your account, starts a session with a single tap and no app needed at the charger. It still works when your phone has little signal, and cards can be assigned to family members or fleet drivers.

How is pricing calculated?
You pay per kWh consumed, shown upfront on the app before you start charging. No separate connection or idle fees at launch.
Do I need a separate RFID card?
No RFID card is needed at launch. AmpTap lets you start a session by tapping your phone. An optional Ampza RFID card is planned after launch: tap a card to start a session with no app needed at the charger, even when your phone has little signal.
What if a station is unavailable when I arrive?
Live status is shown in the app, so you'll know before you leave. We're working on live occupancy updates as the network grows.
How do I get support during a charging session?
In-app chat connects you directly to our support team. During our early launch phase, that's a small, responsive team, not a call queue.
