Four things to know
Per kWh, not per minute
You are billed for the energy delivered to your vehicle, so a slower-charging car is not penalised for time.
Price shown upfront
Connector type, distance and price per kWh are visible on the map before you drive over, and again before you start.
Tariffs can vary
Prices can differ by station, connector and time of day. A change applies only to sessions that start after it.
Taxes and invoices
GST and other taxes apply as shown at billing, and you get an invoice for every session.

How you pay
Payment methods
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and your Ampza wallet. The options available are shown in the app at checkout. Card and UPI details are handled by the payment gateway, not stored by Ampza.
Ampza wallet
Top up in the app and pay for sessions with one tap. Wallet money can be used only for Ampza charging. Unused balance can be refunded under our refund policy.
