You must be 18 or over and give us accurate details. Keep your OTP and phone secure: you are responsible for activity on your account.

  Use only a compatible vehicle and connector. Features such as Auto Charge depend mainly on your vehicle model.

  Follow the instructions at the site, and park in the charging bay only while charging.

  Do not tamper with or damage the equipment. Tell us at once about any damage or hazard.

  You are responsible for your vehicle and belongings.

You pay per kWh of energy delivered. The price is shown in the app before you start. See Pricing. Applicable taxes are shown at billing. A price change applies only to sessions that start afterwards. Payments are handled by third-party payment gateways.

You can top up an Ampza wallet and use it only for Ampza charging. It earns no interest, cannot be withdrawn as cash and cannot be transferred to another user. Promotional credits are not refundable. See the refund policy for unused balances.

We work to keep every station running, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. A session can stop because of a power cut, a fault, or a problem with the vehicle or network. You pay only for energy delivered, and failed sessions are refunded under our refund policy.

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful use, no sharing of your account, no use of unauthorised payment methods, and no attempts to copy, hack or disrupt our app or systems.

The Ampza name, logo, app, website and content belong to Ampza and are protected by law. You may use the app for your own charging, but may not copy or reuse our brand or content without written permission.

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for loss caused by service interruptions, power or network failures, or other events beyond our reasonable control. This does not limit liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights under consumer protection law.

Hosting, franchise and fleet arrangements are covered by separate written agreements. Information on this site about those programmes is illustrative and is not an offer or a guarantee of returns.

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. Continuing to use Ampza means you accept the update.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer, any dispute we cannot settle between us will be subject to the competent courts in India, without affecting your rights as a consumer.
